We’ve just returned from a week away at the villa’s and can honestly say this is the best Airb&b we have stayed in.The villas were very well equipped with everything we would need, down to pool towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee and a welcome hamper with food, drink and wine. Corrado has been such a wonderful honest and helpful from when we arrived. He helped us with transfers, and once at the villa’s, even took us food shopping and helped us negotiate the supermarket. Not only this but he has been on hand when we’ve needed him.Every morning Aldo comes to clean the pool and tidy the outside spaces, even as much as cleaning the BBQ area from the night before, leaving the places spotless. I would thoroughly recommend this complex to anyone, and definitely be staying here again.

We were a family of 4 that rented one of his houses for 5 days.Corrado was super nice and quick in all responses.Very helpful and polite in all communications.We are already considering returning next summer!

We were a family group of 11 travelling from Australia. The sleeping combinations were perfect for us and the grounds absolutely immaculate .The villas were serviced each day and kept pristine.Corrado was a fantastic host, responsive and willing to help us arrange any activities or services that we required. The beach was only a short walk through Corrado‘s property right onto the main promenade.We were also able to spend a day on Corrado‘s boat which was the highlight of our trip. We also took advantage of the herb and vegetable garden at the back of the property. I would recommend this Villa to any family group or group of 2 to 4 people if booking the villas individually.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Corrado was a great host. He took time to show us around the property. We arrived and the kitchen was stocked with water, snacks & wine. We loved the pool and outside area. The property is well taken of. You will not regret a stay here! Also great location for a home base for San Lorenzo beach, Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi.

The place is a private compound- like a grown up playground. The gardens are beautiful, the amenities top notch! A pool, hot tubs, ping pong, outdoor showers and kitchens! It’s a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants for dinner. There is not much available for a walk for a morning cappuccino (or maybe there is more than I knew but not obvious without tips?) Aldo is lovely and non-intrusive but he does arrive quite early so don’t be caught too surprised!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation. The property was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The landscaping was breathtaking, and the attention to detail throughout the home made it feel like a true luxury experience.Corrado was an exceptional host. He responded to messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He helped arrange taxis for our group and even organized massages and a hairstylist to come to the house for blowouts, which was such a special touch.The pool was cleaned daily, and one of our favorite surprises was having fresh berries picked for us from the trees on the property. The kitchens were fully stocked with every utensil, appliance, and amenity we could have needed.One of the highlights of our trip was spending a day on Corrado's boat. We enjoyed swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing while he generously provided snacks, beer, sodas, and even a bottle of Prosecco. It was truly

Our whole family were able to have their own space. The pool was fantastic; we asked for it to be heated as we had two very young toddlers. The spaces around the villas were amazing, and the flowers and shrubbery were beautiful and very well kept. Aldo came every day to clean the BBQs and outside areas. Everything was just perfect. Corrado was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We picked oranges and lemons from the wonderful orchard/vegetable garden. This is an absolute gem of a property.

Inctedible place, just like the pictures - immaculately kept, and Corrado could not have been more helpful both pre and post-arrival. Always super responsive, friendly, and helped sort taxis throughout our trip, arranged airport transfers for us etc. Amazing all round host and a lovely place, thank you Corrado!

Belle ville completamente attrezzate Siamo stati lì con la famiglia. Io e mio marito, 3 adulti soms con le loro mogli, e i nostri 2 nipoti, di 1 e 3 anni.
Abbiamo davvero apprezzato tutto. L'intera proprietà era per noi stessi, quindi un sacco di spazio. Sembrava una casa lontano da casa. Le case erano completamente attrezzate, i giardini bellissimi, e la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio s delizioso. Grazie in parte al cordiale Aldo, il nostro soggiorno è diventato indimenticabile. Si è occupato di tutto in questo alloggio.

Ich habe schon viele Airbnbs gebucht, aber dieses war wirklich herausragend. Corrado war unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und immer proaktiv, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Noto & Umgebung. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder und kann es jedem nur wärmstens von Herzen empfehlen!

Our stay at Corrado’s place was fantastic. The house and surrounding gardens themselves are outstanding. The villa is so peaceful and private, and exactly as described.
Lido di Noto is very busy in August, but if that’s for you, you don’t have to venture in.
I absolutely recommended getting a car as there are so many lovely places you can drive to and Noto itself is wonderful.

Ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend! 😀 - Die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön und entspannend, sehr sauber und wunderbar ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und äusserst zuvorkommend - in einem Ausmass, das nicht selbstverständlich ist :)

Vacances calmes en famille 😀 - Le propriétaire est très serviable et accueillant. Il est à l'écoute et règle le moindre problème rapidement. La terrasse est très spacieuse, comporte une douche, et l'appartement est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage! L'endroit est très calme, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes. Pas de discothèques ou de bars à proximité, si ce n'est le lido de la plage. 😞 - Il est difficile de parquer la voiture devant l'appartement (places payantes, 1€/h). Un parking gratuit est cependant disponible à 200 m. Et il vaut mieux faire ses courses avant de venir, car l'unique épicerie du coin (située à 50 m) est très petite et les produits vendus sont très chers. Très peu d'activités le soir, et pour trouver de l'ambiance il faut prendre la voiture et aller autre-part. Mais tout cela ne pose pas de problèmes si l'on s'est organisé!

Fantastico 😀 - Casa pulita, accogliente e con tutti i confort necessari. Posizione ottima a un passo dal mare, praticamente fronte spiaggia. Proprietario molto simpatico, ma soprattutto disponibile ad ogni necessità. Super consigliato!

This place is a little oasis — peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything was in perfect condition, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!!!

Vi hadde nydelige dager her. 3 familier. Området er skjermet og er en trygg oase med god plass. Husene og uteområdet er svært velstelt og vakkert. Uteområdet ble ryddet, og grill og basseng rengjort, hver dag. Bassenget var helt perfekt for både de minste og de største av oss. Med stupebrett og variert dybde. Det er kort vei ned til fine og rene strender. På stranda ligger noen små, men trivelige restauranter med godt utvalg av lokale spesialiteter som sjømat, pizza, pasta osv. I gåavstand er også apotek, minibank og noen små butikker med basisvarer. Beliggenheten er fin for utflukter til severdigheter i nærheten: Noto, Siracusa, Taormina, Etna, Gudfaren-lokasjoner osv. Man trenger bil for å komme seg rundt. Vi løste det med å bestille transport via verten.
Om Corrado er det å si at han er verdens triveligste og en veldig hjelpsom vert. Svarer kjapt, hjalp oss med transport, kjørte oss til matbutikken osv. Tok oss til og med på båttur en dag. Og hans hjelper Aldo var like trivelig.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, sehr ruhig, eine tolle Residence Anlage. Die Bungalows sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Corrado ist ein toller Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Ein toller Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Pool was clean and nicely big. only small minus is that occasionaly you need to share the pool if in those other properties have renters. But we were lucky to able to have everything for our selves.

We were a family with two children and two adults who stayed for four days at Villa Luisa in June. Upon arrival, Corrado greeted us and showed us around the house, the garden, and the way to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with water, wine, food, and snacks – a lovely touch that meant we didn’t need to go shopping the first evening.
We were lucky to have the entire garden and pool to ourselves for the whole stay, and it felt like a dream. The garden and pool are beautiful, and it’s just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach, which is a fantastic sandy beach that felt quite spacious in June.
The restaurants by the beach are of the beach bar type and fine for lunch, but nothing more. However, it's only a 15-minute drive to Noto, where you'll find plenty of dining options.
We highly recommend this place – it's one of the best stays we've ever had through Airbnb. Corrado was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen tollen Männertrip in Corrados Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und so wie auf den Bildern. Jeden Tag war eine Mann da, der den Pool etc. gesäubert hat. Es war ein rundum tolles Erlebnis in der Unterkunft.
