We’ve just returned from a week away at the villa’s and can honestly say this is the best Airb&b we have stayed in.The villas were very well equipped with everything we would need, down to pool towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee and a welcome hamper with food, drink and wine. Corrado has been such a wonderful honest and helpful from when we arrived. He helped us with transfers, and once at the villa’s, even took us food shopping and helped us negotiate the supermarket. Not only this but he has been on hand when we’ve needed him.Every morning Aldo comes to clean the pool and tidy the outside spaces, even as much as cleaning the BBQ area from the night before, leaving the places spotless. I would thoroughly recommend this complex to anyone, and definitely be staying here again.

We were a family of 4 that rented one of his houses for 5 days.Corrado was super nice and quick in all responses.Very helpful and polite in all communications.We are already considering returning next summer!

We were a family group of 11 travelling from Australia. The sleeping combinations were perfect for us and the grounds absolutely immaculate .The villas were serviced each day and kept pristine.Corrado was a fantastic host, responsive and willing to help us arrange any activities or services that we required. The beach was only a short walk through Corrado‘s property right onto the main promenade.We were also able to spend a day on Corrado‘s boat which was the highlight of our trip. We also took advantage of the herb and vegetable garden at the back of the property. I would recommend this Villa to any family group or group of 2 to 4 people if booking the villas individually.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Corrado was a great host. He took time to show us around the property. We arrived and the kitchen was stocked with water, snacks & wine. We loved the pool and outside area. The property is well taken of. You will not regret a stay here! Also great location for a home base for San Lorenzo beach, Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi.

The place is a private compound- like a grown up playground. The gardens are beautiful, the amenities top notch! A pool, hot tubs, ping pong, outdoor showers and kitchens! It’s a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants for dinner. There is not much available for a walk for a morning cappuccino (or maybe there is more than I knew but not obvious without tips?) Aldo is lovely and non-intrusive but he does arrive quite early so don’t be caught too surprised!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation. The property was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The landscaping was breathtaking, and the attention to detail throughout the home made it feel like a true luxury experience.Corrado was an exceptional host. He responded to messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He helped arrange taxis for our group and even organized massages and a hairstylist to come to the house for blowouts, which was such a special touch.The pool was cleaned daily, and one of our favorite surprises was having fresh berries picked for us from the trees on the property. The kitchens were fully stocked with every utensil, appliance, and amenity we could have needed.One of the highlights of our trip was spending a day on Corrado's boat. We enjoyed swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing while he generously provided snacks, beer, sodas, and even a bottle of Prosecco. It was truly

Our whole family were able to have their own space. The pool was fantastic; we asked for it to be heated as we had two very young toddlers. The spaces around the villas were amazing, and the flowers and shrubbery were beautiful and very well kept. Aldo came every day to clean the BBQs and outside areas. Everything was just perfect. Corrado was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We picked oranges and lemons from the wonderful orchard/vegetable garden. This is an absolute gem of a property.

Inctedible place, just like the pictures - immaculately kept, and Corrado could not have been more helpful both pre and post-arrival. Always super responsive, friendly, and helped sort taxis throughout our trip, arranged airport transfers for us etc. Amazing all round host and a lovely place, thank you Corrado!

Ich habe schon viele Airbnbs gebucht, aber dieses war wirklich herausragend. Corrado war unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und immer proaktiv, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Noto & Umgebung. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder und kann es jedem nur wärmstens von Herzen empfehlen!

Lido di Noto is very busy in August, but if that’s for you, you don’t have to venture in.
I absolutely recommended getting a car as there are so many lovely places you can drive to and Noto itself is wonderful.

This place is a little oasis — peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything was in perfect condition, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!!!

Vi hadde nydelige dager her. 3 familier. Området er skjermet og er en trygg oase med god plass. Husene og uteområdet er svært velstelt og vakkert. Uteområdet ble ryddet, og grill og basseng rengjort, hver dag. Bassenget var helt perfekt for både de minste og de største av oss. Med stupebrett og variert dybde. Det er kort vei ned til fine og rene strender. På stranda ligger noen små, men trivelige restauranter med godt utvalg av lokale spesialiteter som sjømat, pizza, pasta osv. I gåavstand er også apotek, minibank og noen små butikker med basisvarer. Beliggenheten er fin for utflukter til severdigheter i nærheten: Noto, Siracusa, Taormina, Etna, Gudfaren-lokasjoner osv. Man trenger bil for å komme seg rundt. Vi løste det med å bestille transport via verten.
Om Corrado er det å si at han er verdens triveligste og en veldig hjelpsom vert. Svarer kjapt, hjalp oss med transport, kjørte oss til matbutikken osv. Tok oss til og med på båttur en dag. Og hans hjelper Aldo var like trivelig.

We were a family with two children and two adults who stayed for four days at Villa Luisa in June. Upon arrival, Corrado greeted us and showed us around the house, the garden, and the way to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with water, wine, food, and snacks – a lovely touch that meant we didn’t need to go shopping the first evening.
We were lucky to have the entire garden and pool to ourselves for the whole stay, and it felt like a dream. The garden and pool are beautiful, and it’s just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach, which is a fantastic sandy beach that felt quite spacious in June.
The restaurants by the beach are of the beach bar type and fine for lunch, but nothing more. However, it's only a 15-minute drive to Noto, where you'll find plenty of dining options.
We highly recommend this place – it's one of the best stays we've ever had through Airbnb. Corrado was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Pool was clean and nicely big. only small minus is that occasionaly you need to share the pool if in those other properties have renters. But we were lucky to able to have everything for our selves.

😀 - The villa is in beautiful grounds in a quiet location away but just a short walk from the beach. The shared pool was lovely & the villa was very clean. A good base for exploring the area. You need a car. The owner was very helpful and obviously wanted us to have a good time. 😞 - Noto Marina is limited. A couple of restaurants, not an attractive place apart from the sea. Noto (a short drive away) is beautiful with lots of restaurants. I'm sorry but the beds are extremely hard. I found an extra blanket to put on top of the mattress to give a bit more comfort. If the beds were better I'd rate the villa much higher. When you are staying for a week, a comfortable bed is essential!

Wir hatten einen tollen Männertrip in Corrados Unterkunft. Es war alles sehr sauber und so wie auf den Bildern. Jeden Tag war eine Mann da, der den Pool etc. gesäubert hat. Es war ein rundum tolles Erlebnis in der Unterkunft.

Questo è stato sicuramente il miglior Airbnb in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. Consigliato al 100%. L'interno può essere un po' piccolo, ma questo perché hai una grande proprietà all'aperto con cucina all'aperto e molteplici aree salotto e aree pranzo. Siamo rimasti scioccati dalla brevità della passeggiata fino alla spiaggia (3 minuti dalla porta sul retro). Aldo si prende cura della proprietà ogni mattina ed è lì per aiutarti in tutto: non devi davvero fare nulla. Ma la parte migliore in assoluto di questo posto è stato il vasto orto di frutta e verdura a cui si ha accesso per utilizzare molti ingredienti freschi diversi per cucinare nelle cucine esterne o interne. Vorremmo che più alloggi avessero questo servizio. Lido di Noto è una città remota, sicuramente necessita di un'auto. Ma Noto e Avola sono nelle vicinanze e sono una base perfetta per accedere a molti siti diversi nella zona. Inoltre, c'è un minimarket a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, con un proprietario molto cordiale, dove acquistare alcune cose se non si vuole sempre guidare per raggiungere qualche posto. We loved our stay at Corrado’s villa, the photos don’t do it justice. The villa is modern and equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. The gardens and pool are kept spotlessly clean by a lovely chap called Aldo, who attends the property every morning to maintain the outside areas. It was a 5 min walk to a nice sandy beach and we regularly travelled to the surrounding towns for dinner. We would recommend to anyone looking for a modern base in South East Sicily with a big pool! Our daughter also loved picking strawberries every morning - the garden is host to a wide variety of fruit and vegetables. Grazie Corrado and Aldo.

This was definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. 100% recommend. The inside may be a bit small but that’s because you have a grand outdoor property with outdoor kitchen and multiple lounge areas and eating areas. We were shocked by how quick the walk to the beach is (3 minutes through back door). Aldo takes pristine care of the property every morning and is there to help you with everything- you truly don’t need to do anything. But the absolute best part of this place was the vast vegetable and fruit garden you have access to to use many different fresh ingredients to cook in the outside or inside kitchens. We wish more places had this amenity. Lido di Noto is a remote town- definitely need a car. But Noto and Avola are nearby and a perfect base to access many different sites in the area. Also there is a mini market walking distance near beach to grab some things with a very friendly owner if you don’t wish to always drive somewhere. Thank you so much Corrado/Aldo! A presto!

Ci è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno nella villa di Corrado, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. La villa è moderna e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve o lungo. I giardini e la piscina sono tenuti pulitissimi da un grazioso ragazzo di nome Aldo, che ogni mattina frequenta la proprietà per la manutenzione delle aree esterne. Era a 5 minuti a piedi da una bella spiaggia sabbiosa e viaggiavamo regolarmente nelle città circostanti per cena. Lo consigliamo a chiunque sia alla ricerca di una base moderna nel sud-est della Sicilia con una grande piscina! A nostra figlia piaceva anche raccogliere le fragole ogni mattina: l'orto ospita un'ampia varietà di frutta e verdura. Grazie Corrado e Aldo.

The most amazing stay in lido di noto

The property was beautiful and provided everything as advertised. Corrado was very responsive to our questions and requests - we couldn't figure out how to turn the a/c on, and Corrado came right over to the property to help. We also had a problem with the water pump in one of the units and Corrado had it fixed in no time. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous - my husband was able to cook dinner for 16 people without a problem. We cleaned up a lot of the mess, but left some for the morning. However, Corrado's assistant told us that he would clean everything up - including the dishes in the kitchen. We only stayed two nights, but would have loved to stay longer! We highly recommend this property!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendido angolo di Paradiso ("Villa Luisa - Acqua") in occasione del 60esimo compleanno di mio padre!! È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa!! Ci siamo rilassati tantissimo nel patio, a bordo piscina e soprattutto nella vasca idromassaggio (esterni sempre curati e puliti, grazie Aldo!!). Karaoke, Ping pong e Barbecue a tutte le ore! È stato incredibile anche per il nostro cucciolone Dorian (pastore tedesco) che scorrazzava felice!! Torneremo in estate, per la bellezza del posto (dentro e fuori), anche perché a soli 200mt c'è un litorale di spiaggia meraviglioso. Corrado è un super host: la sua accoglienza è stata calorosissima ed è sempre stato attento alle nostre esigenze, sempre reperibile e, soprattutto, ci ha concesso di restare fino alle 19 il giorno della partenza (se non ci sono arrivi, ti consente di farlo gratuitamente e non lo fa nessun'altro!!) La proprietà era bellissima e forniva tutto come pubblicizzato. Corrado è stato molto reattivo alle nostre domande e richieste: non siamo riusciti a capire come attivare l'aria condizionata e Corrado è venuto direttamente alla proprietà per dare una mano. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con la pompa dell'acqua in una delle unità e Corrado l'ha riparata in pochissimo tempo. La cucina all'aperto era favolosa: mio marito è stato in grado di preparare la cena per 16 persone senza problemi. Abbiamo ripulito un sacco di disordine, ma ne abbiamo lasciati un po' per la mattinata. Tuttavia, l'assistente di Corrado ci ha detto che avrebbe pulito tutto, compresi i piatti in cucina. Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto soggiornare più a lungo! Ti consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo alloggio!

Premetto che a supporto di tutta la vacanza abbiamo avuto una media di 28 gradi che per fine ottobre rende tutto molto caraibico :)
La struttura è unica nel suo genere: un gioiellino in stile moderno e minimale, incastonato nella natura, accessibile e con tutti i comfort necessari per poter vivere una vacanza perfetta in tutta tranquillità.
Piscina riscaldata e jacuzzi ci hanno poi quasi fatto dimenticare il mare!
Corrado è una persona squisita e disponibile, un host come pochi!
A suo supporto il mitico Aldo, che con il suo impegno, la sua presenza e i suoi consigli ha reso tutto molto più semplice.

We werden gastvrij ontvangen op het mooie complex. Prachtige tuin die dagelijks wordt onderhouden en een heerlijk (verwarmd) zwembad voor de kinderen. Mooi terras voor het huisje waar je ‘s avonds heerlijk kunt zitten. Er is iedere ochtend iemand aanwezig waar je evt vragen aan kunt stellen, en we kregen heerlijke sinaasappels en ander fruit van Aldo, uit de moestuin. Wat een geweldige plek vlak bij Noto!

Grazie mille Corrado e abbiamo soggiornato al Lido solo per due notti e ci è piaciuto molto il postoIl Corrado e sua moglie ci hanno accolto calorosamente e gentilmente.La villa è molto bella, la bella piscina, e il giardino è anche progettato con un'atmosfera molto moderna.Non è diverso dalle foto che vedi, e anche alcune di esse sono inaspettatamente buone!Ci piace molto.Spero che la prossima volta che avremo la possibilità di tornare in Sicilia, continueremo sicuramente a scegliere questa sistemazione in famiglia.

Siamo stati accolti in modo ospitale nello splendido complesso. Bellissimo giardino che viene curato ogni giorno e una bella piscina (riscaldata) per i bambini. Bella terrazza di fronte al cottage dove puoi sederti la sera. C'è qualcuno presente ogni mattina dove è possibile fare domande, e ci sono state date deliziose arance e altri frutti di Aldo, dall'orto. Che posto fantastico vicino a Noto!

We had a really nice stay at I2Elementi. The villa’s and the garden with the pool and the jacuzzi’s were amazing and very well maintained. The communication with Corrado was also very good and easy. Would really recommend a stay at I2Elementi.

Oppholdet i villaen innfridde over forventning. Høy standard og godt vedlikeholdt bolig med en frodig og velfrisert hage. Gode solforhold gjennom hele dagen, med flere sitteområder. God temperatur i både basseng og boblebadene.
Verten Corrado var både i forkant av reisen og under oppholdet svært ekspeditt, og svarte raskt og vennlig på våre henvendelser.

非常感谢Corrado夫妇，我们虽然只在Lido呆了两晚，我们非常喜欢这个地方。Corrado夫妇热情友好地招待我们。别墅非常漂亮，美丽的泳池，花园也设计的非常具有现代感美丽。与看到的照片没什么区别，甚至有一些出乎我们意料的好！我们真的非常喜欢。希望下次我们有机会可以回来西西里岛，我们一定会继续选择这一家民宿。

Il soggiorno presso la villa ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Casa di alto livello e ben tenuta con giardino lussureggiante e ben fritto. Buone condizioni di sole tutto il giorno, con diverse zone salotto. Buona temperatura sia nella piscina che nelle vasche idromassaggio.
L'host Corrado è stato sia in prima linea che durante il soggiorno molto accelerato, e ha risposto rapidamente e gentilmente alle nostre richieste.

La sistemazione di Corrado era fantastica Aria condizionata eccellente, c'era del cibo fornito all'arrivo, e in pratica avevamo una grande piscina tutta per noi. Corrado è un host amichevole, generoso e reattivo. Corrado’s place was great. Excellent air con, there was food supplied on arrival, and we basically had a big pool to ourselves. Corrado is a friendly, generous, and responsive host. Our only issue was the number of beds advertised didn’t match the accommodation, but this has since been updated and reflects what is available. All in all, we had a great time here, and would recommend!

Corrado was a lovely person who shared with us helpful information. He made us feeling as home, the location was stunning, it was so cleaned and very cozy. I would recommend this location for a perfect gateway from the city.

4 days in paradise! Navštívili jsme resort v říjnu 22. Bylo to úžasné. Perfektně čisté a stylové ubytování, doplněné nádhernou zahradou a venkovní terasou. Corrado i Aldo se o nás výborně starali a vždy vyhověli a poradili. Osobně nám ukázali pláž s čistým mořem (5min chůze) a i obchůdek, kde se dá dobře nakoupit. Bazén byl nádherně čistý, stejně tak i jakuzzi. Škoda, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle. Corrado nám připravil i "welcome" balíček s výborným vínem a spoustou dobrot. Byly to fantastické odpočinkové dny. Děkujeme.

The villas are super, with modern furniture and a big pool and lovely landscaped gardens. We had use of a villa and the pool annex which gave us a bit more space having a toddler. A cot and high chair were also available for the toddlers which was really helpful.
There was fresh fruit for us everyday from the kitchen garden, we were given good food supplies on arrival and a wonderful Sicillian wine as a welcome present. There is also a great BBQ area where you can completely prepare a meal outside.
Corrado (the host) gave us a very warm welcome and took the time with a translator friend to explain all we needed to know for our stay.
It’s in a great location for the beach, Lido do Noto and it’s only about a 10 min walk to a beach which has organised areas (with loungers and bars) and a stretch where you can take your own supplies (at the villa there is an umbrella you can take to the beach if you’re want). There are also towels for the pool provided at the villa for all guests.
We had a truly brilliant stay! Thank you Corrado!

Le ville sono super, con mobili moderni e una grande piscina e incantevoli giardini paesaggistici. Avevamo a disposizione una villa e la dependance della piscina che ci ha dato un po' più di spazio per un bambino. Una culla e un seggiolone erano disponibili anche per i più piccoli, il che è stato davvero utile.
C'era per noi frutta fresca ogni giorno dall'orto, ci sono state date buone provviste di buon cibo all'arrivo e un meraviglioso vino sicilliano come regalo di benvenuto. C'è anche un'ottima zona barbecue dove è possibile preparare completamente un pasto all'aperto.
Corrado (l'host) ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto e si è preso il tempo con un amico traduttore per spiegare tutto quello che c'era da sapere per il nostro soggiorno.
Si trova in un'ottima posizione per la spiaggia, Lido do Noto ed è a soli 10 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia che ha aree organizzate (con lettini e bar) e un tratto dove poter portare i propri rifornimenti (nella villa c'è un ombrellone si può portare in spiaggia se si desidera). Ci sono anche asciugamani per la piscina forniti in villa per tutti gli ospiti.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico! Grazie Corrado!

Comodità da appartamento ma servizi da Hotel! Location fantastica con comodità di un appartamento ma servizi da Hotel. Appartamenti nuovi e vicini alla spiaggia (raggiungibile a piedi tramite vialetto privato).
Splendidi spazi esterni con piscina meravigliosa, docce, cucine, barbecue e 2 favolose piscine idromassaggio.
Posto raccomandato sia a famiglie che ad amici/coppie che amano privacy (posizione riservata) ma vicina a Noto (raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti), Marzamemi, Ortigia ecc..
Proprietario e suo collaboratore assolutamente squisiti sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, consiglio ecc.. se dovessi tornare da queste parti assolutamente nessun dubbio sul ripetere esperienza in questa favolosa struttura.

Auf Wunsch hat er uns auch Frühstück gebracht. Bei der Ankunft wurde Kühlschrank bereits etwas vom Eigentümer gefüllt, was wir sehr schätzten. 😞 - Die Geschirrwaschmaschine sollte in der Küche sein und nicht in der Outdoorküche. Die GWM war ausserdem nicht befästigt und kippte somit immer um. Im Elternschlafzimmer hatte es keine Kommode, da das Zimmer sehr klein war. Die Häuser sind sehr nett, einfach mit IKESA Mobiliar ausgestattet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Haus.

A pochi passi dalla struttura c'è una simpatica spiaggia raggiungibile in 4-5 minuti. un'oasi di tranquillità per chi ha necessità di rilassarsi. All'interno non manca nulla da un abbondante cesto di benvenuto ad una bottiglia di un buon bianco locale gia fredda, la casa internamente è completamete climatizzata . All'esterno non mancano comodità di nessun genere dalla jacuzzi alla pisicna ai salottini. Spero di tornare prima possibile....

Tolle Außenküche, tolle Grünanlage, mehrere Außenduschen. Der Pool ist mega geil und größer als auf den Bildern. Sogar ein Sprungbrett ist dabei. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort ist mega. Es wird sehr schnell und nett geholfen. Ein Startpaket mit essen und trinken wurde bei der Anreise zur Verfügung gestellt. Für uns wurde ein Dolmetscher organisiert und stand uns jeder Zeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Das beste noch zum Schluss, ein Biogarten … traumhaft, man konnte sich dort bedienen, leckere Tomaten, Auberginen und vieles mehr… Zum Strand waren es max. 5Minuten Gehweg durch den grünen Biogarten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns wirklich entspannt. Wir kommen wieder. Danke an das Team und Mr.Corrado

This young man has much, much contagious positive energy and his is in charged of the property most of the time. He comes every morning to take care of the entire property and the fantastic vegetables garden, which everyone can eat from! and if desired, he can bring the breakfast fresh from the bakery every morning!I mean.. it doesn’t get better than that right? Location it’s great, very close to the beach, with in walking distance, and very close to the splendid city of Noto. Stupendo Abbiamo visitato Villa Luisa per sei giorni alla fine di Agosto. Struttura bellissima con piscina e vasca whirlpool. La casa ha il Wi-Fi e l’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Le foto non rappresentano quanto bella sia la struttura e il giardino.
Tutto molto pulito nel rispetto delle nuove normative.
C’è anche la possibilità di farsi portare la colazione a casa. Abbiamo gustato delle granite buonissime.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha raccomandato i posti da vedere, dove mangiare etc.
Possiede anche una barca di 13 metri ed è possibile visitare previa prenotazione (non inclusa nel prezzo) le splendide spiagge nelle vicinanze.
La posizione è ben collegata e dista 10 minuti da Noto, 30 da Siracusa e 50 da Modica. Tutti posti bellissimi da visitare. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e rosticcerie molto buone.
Tutto sommato una vacanza bellissima.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Stunning property and amazing host I2Elementi is a stunning contemporary property in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful beach just at the back of the property. The pictures here do not do this property any justice! These pictures look like those before the property was renovated. It is a contemporary and extremely beautiful property with all the facilities and amenities you need. There’s an outdoor jacuzzi each for the 2 villas, an outdoor shower, a bbq, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Great attention to detail has gone into designing the villas. There are 2 villas in the property. Each villa has its own garden and outdoor eating areas and all the facilities described above. Only the pool is shared. Though that’s not a huge issue as you’re never really there at the same time and it’s a very large pool. The villa is in a great location for visiting some of the most beautiful and interesting parts of Sicily. You’re 10 mins to Noto, 10 mins Avola, 30 mins Marzamemi, 30/40 mins Siracusa, 30 Mins Modica as well as Scicli and Ragusa. The motorway is literally minutes from the villa. I would highly recommend visiting some of these beautiful cities/towns. The best part of this villa though is Signor Corrado and his assistant Aldo! They are amazing hosts! Nothing is ever any trouble should you need anything for example, some mornings we had brioche and granite (which is a best must in Sicily for breakfast) delivered from one of the best local pasticceria for us to have at the villa instead of going there ourselves. We travelled with our young sons and for us these little things made a big difference! Actually, the villas will also be great for 2 families/friends with kids as the second villa has a self contained annex for a nanny or grand parents. I would highly recommend staying at the i2Elementi. Thank you Aldo and Corrado we’ll definitely be back!

Paradise in Sicily 😀 - This was our best vacation ever. The location is the most convenient, a couple of minutes walk from a clear water sandy beach Caribbean style, while the villa is immersed in a luxurious and detailed oasis of vegetation, with a perfectly cured and maintained English style garden, palm trees, olive trees and colorful local flowers. There is a big beautiful pool to relax by all day long, my kid loved it,and a private jacuzzi for each of the two villa’s units that we all enjoyed every night before dinner. If this is not enough, there is a romantic organic vegetable and fruits garden from where we got fresh strawberries, figs, cherry tomatoes and eggplants for our meals. The house is new, extremely clean, with all the comforts and anything you might need for your stay. We enjoyed cooking and eating our meals in the patio outside, waking up to the sound of birds in the morning, eating under the stars at night. This is a unique place that I never thought to found in this area, which is incredibly beautiful not just for the beaches but also for the architectonic and historic heritage. What made our vacation perfect, though, was the warm and friendly welcome of the owner and the staff that maintain the property, who took amazing care of me and my family during our stay. They went above and beyond providing the best services and 24 hours availability, a rare example of the top of the Sicilian hospitality.

Proprietà straordinaria e ospite straordinario I 2 Elementi è una splendida proprietà contemporanea in un quartiere tranquillo con una bellissima spiaggia proprio sul retro della proprietà. Le immagini qui non rendono giustizia a questa proprietà! Queste immagini assomigliano a quelle prima che la proprietà fosse ristrutturata. È una proprietà contemporanea ed estremamente bella con tutte le strutture e le comodità di cui avete bisogno. C'è una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto ciascuna per le 2 ville, una doccia esterna, un barbecue, una lavastoviglie e una lavatrice. Grande attenzione ai dettagli è stata dedicata alla progettazione delle ville. Ci sono 2 ville nella proprietà. Ogni villa ha il proprio giardino e zone pranzo all'aperto e tutti i servizi sopra descritti. Solo la piscina è condivisa. Anche se questo non è un grosso problema perché non sei mai veramente lì allo stesso tempo ed è una piscina molto grande. La villa si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare alcune delle parti più belle e interessanti della Sicilia. Sei a 10 minuti da Noto, 10 minuti da Avola, 30 minuti da Marzamemi, 30/40 minuti da Siracusa, 30 minuti da Modica, Scicli e Ragusa. L'autostrada è letteralmente a pochi minuti dalla villa. Consiglio vivamente di visitare alcune di queste bellissime città / paesi. La parte migliore di questa villa però è il signor Corrado e il suo assistente Aldo! Sono padroni di casa fantastici! Niente è mai un problema se hai bisogno di qualcosa, ad esempio, alcune mattine abbiamo mangiato brioche e granite (che è un must in Sicilia per la colazione) consegnate da una delle migliori pasticcerie locali che abbiamo in villa invece di andarci noi stessi . Abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri figli piccoli e per noi queste piccole cose hanno fatto una grande differenza! In realtà, le ville saranno anche ideali per 2 famiglie / amici con bambini poiché la seconda villa ha una dependance indipendente per una tata o nonni. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare all'i 2 Elementi. Grazie Aldo e Corrado torneremo sicuramente!

We just had the most amazing holiday at Corrado’s house. The house is just perfect, it is stylish, spotlessly clean and sits in a gorgeous garden. The swimming pool is really big and immaculately maintained. The whole space feels really spacious and private.
Corrado, Emanuele, Aldo and Giorgia were very attentive hosts and made sure we never needed anything. The outdoor shower and very well equipped summer kitchen were added bonuses and Aldo very discretely cleans them up in the morning so you wake up to a spic and span space.
The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden and after exploring more famous options we realised that it actually is one of the nicest of the area.
Altogether it was 5 star service in a 5 star property. Thanks again Corrado.

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza fantastica a casa di Corrado. La casa è semplicemente perfetta, è elegante, perfettamente pulita e si trova in uno splendido giardino. La piscina è davvero grande e curata in modo impeccabile. L'intero spazio è davvero spazioso e privato.
Corrado, Emanuele, Aldo eondergia sono stati host molto attenti e si sono assicurati che non avessimo mai avuto bisogno di niente. La doccia esterna e la cucina estiva molto ben attrezzata sono stati aggiunti dei bonus e Aldo li pulisce con molta discrezione al mattino in modo da svegliarsi con uno spazio splendente.
La spiaggia è letteralmente in fondo al giardino e dopo aver esplorato le opzioni più famose abbiamo capito che in realtà è una delle più belle della zona.
Complessivamente è stato un servizio a 5 stelle in un alloggio a 5 stelle. Grazie ancora Corrado.

Abbiamo passato una vacanza bellissima, la casa è arredata con gusto, con tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza confortevole, un giardino grande e bellissimo, una piscina e tantissimo spazio all’aperto. Il tutto a due passi dal mare splendido della zona. Corrado e Aldo sono stati ospitalissimi, abbiamo anche mangiato i frutti dell’orto che Si trova in un pezzo del giardino. La posizione è strategica per fare gite naturali e culturali, ma anche passare una giornata a rilassarsi in piscina ha il suo perché. Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Gorgeous villa close to the beach The i 2elementi vacation rental is a well maintained and beautiful property. It is located in Lido di Noto about 200 meters from the beach. Convenient location to explore Noto and the rest of southeastern Sicily. It is a very modern, clean and new construction. It is composed of two units (either 2 our 3 bedrooms) each with a functional kitchen as well as a beautiful outdoor dining area. You can rent either unit or both. Splendida villa vicino alla spiaggia La casa vacanze i 2 elementi è una proprietà ben tenuta e bella. Si trova a Lido di Noto a circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia. Posizione comoda per esplorare Noto e il resto della Sicilia sud-orientale. È una costruzione molto moderna, pulita e nuova. E 'composto da due unità (o 2 nostre 3 camere da letto) ciascuna con una cucina funzionale e una bella sala da pranzo all'aperto. Puoi affittare entrambe le unità o entrambe. Splendida piscina con giardino incredibilmente ben curato. C'è anche un orto biologico e un frutteto sulla proprietà. Il proprietario è molto gentile e attento.

Brilliant from start to finish, exceeding our expectations and an amazing stay.

The place is far bigger than the pictures suggest, with a huge and beautifully maintained garden.

We travelled as a family of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) and all enjoyed the excellent facilities and outdoor spaces.

This is the place to stay when travelling to South East Sicily, close to the lovely Noto and on the doorstep of great breach.

The hosts were tremendous and made our stay unforgettable.

The property is very modern, well maintained and clean. There are good restaurant nearby and amazing ones only a short drive away in Noto.

Il posto è molto più grande di quanto suggeriscano le foto, con un giardino enorme e ben curato.
Abbiamo viaggiato come una famiglia di 10 persone (7 adulti e 3 bambini) e tutti abbiamo apprezzato le strutture eccellenti e gli spazi all'aperto.
Questo è il posto dove stare quando si viaggia nel sud-est della Sicilia, vicino all'incantevole Noto e alla porta di una grande violazione.
Gli host sono stati fantastici e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.
La proprietà è molto moderna, ben tenuta e pulita. Ci sono un buon ristorante nelle vicinanze e fantastici facilmente raggiungibili in auto a Noto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una quindicina di giorni in questa fantastica struttura. La casa è spettacolare e di nuovissima costruzione, il giardino e la piscina sono molto curati. Il proprietario Corrado è una persona cordiale, seria e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e coccolati a 360 gradi come in un albergo a 5 stelle. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Aldo che si è occupato di qualsiasi esigenza sulla casa e ci ha consigliato le migliori attrazioni sicule. Location consigliatissima per una vacanza di relax e divertimento. La zona è bellissima e garantisce un mix tra spiagge, riserve naturali e città da visitare. Non vediamo l'ora di Tornare!!!!!
